About Me

A decade ago, I was a mom of four, drowning in hopelessness after years of yo-yo dieting and chasing a number on the scale. I’d lost myself in the cycle of shame, believing my worth was tied to my weight. But God had a different plan. As I deepened my relationship with Jesus and immersed myself in studying health—not just diets, but true wellness—I discovered something life-changing: Freedom isn’t found in a smaller body. It’s found in honoring God with the one He gave you. Today, I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and mindset/behavior specialist (with expertise in biomechanics and sustainable fat loss). But more importantly, I’m a woman who’s walked the path from despair to sustainability —and I’m here to help you do the same.
